I really made sure to fully switched off and be present with the fam these holidays, which is something I haven't done in, well, I can't even remember.
It was such a great reminder for me that I don't need to be 'on' all the time.

I recently started helping a new client who was referred to me by a long term client of mine. She'd engaged a woman to help her update her website along with a few other jobs.
She paid upfront and then....crickets. A few months went past and nothing. Needless to say when we had our phone conversation she was very nervous to engage another person she'd never physically met before.
It blows my mind that these things still happen but when honesty and integrity are at the forefront of your business it can soon change people's opinions.

These two traits are such a fundamental part of my business and by having them, it soon turned the situation around.
Never forget the power of honesty ladies.
